Park Avenue Pied-à-Terre

An ordinary pied-a-terre in the historic Flatiron district of NYC was reimagined to be an oasis for the owner at the end of a busy day. Focusing on the use of light and warm color tones for the architectural elements, including the kitchen and built-ins, allows some of the interior furnishings to be dark while maintaining the brightness of the space.
